Respiratory cup printer for a medical company
Overview
This project used various LG Motion technology products to create a system that printed maximum and minimum water levels on medical respiratory equipment.
Objectives
A system was required to accurately print water levels and the customers’ logo onto circular respiratory equipment using a Linux printer. The equipment was used to aid in the breathing of patients under anaesthetic.
Solution
- The problem was solved by applying engineering knowledge to various product disciplines.
- The LGR2000 series Rotary table holds the respiratory equipment, and rotates through 360 degrees
- The UniSlide A2500 holds the printer output head in place
- The Linux printer sends the information to be printed.
