LG Motion now supply precision linear servo gantry assemblies.

By marrying the Anorad Hercules series high performance X-Y gantry positioning stage with a PMDi Polaris advanced distributed motion control system, LG Motion can offer the highest performing gantry system currently available.

The Gantry System is particularly well established in high end applications in semiconductor fabrication and packaging, flat panel manufacture, data storage and laser micro-machining.

Anorad is highly regarded as a technological leader in the design, manufacture and application of precision positioning stages with a thirty year history of excellence, particularly in high speed linear servomotor based systems using both ironcored and ironless direct drive technologies.

Polaris is perfectly suited to high speed and high precision positioning automation with the fastest real-time network available on the market today – providing nanosecond synchronisation of up to 124 motion axes with I/O interaction and data acquisition. Servo amplifier technologies are available for linear and rotary brushless servos, brushed servo motors as well as galvo and voice-coil actuators.
