OnRobot launches two new solutions for more reliable material handling applications
As an OnRobot Platinum Partner and UK distributor, we’re pleased to share the latest additions to the OnRobot product range, designed to improve versatility, simplify integration, and increase reliability in material handling and palletising applications.
Dual Mounting Kit
The new Dual Mounting Kit provides an alternative way to operate two tools on a single robot without the need for a Dual Quick Changer.
The system works by connecting the cable from the Compute Box to a cable splitter, which then connects to two independent Quick Changers. This allows users to position and orientate each tool exactly as required for their application.
Unlike traditional dual-tool setups, customers can create their own mechanical adapters and fully customise the arrangement of the tools to suit specific production requirements.

VGP30 Suction Cup Check Valve Kit
OnRobot has also introduced the new VGP30 Suction Cup Check Valve Kit, designed to improve reliability and uptime in vacuum gripping applications.
The kit includes 20 suction cups with integrated check valves for use with the VGP30 vacuum gripper. Each valve automatically isolates an individual suction cup if it loses contact with the product, preventing vacuum loss from affecting the remaining cups.
This helps maintain gripping performance even when handling challenging products or varying package sizes.
