Incremental encoders
For speed feedback or relative positioning.
An incremental encoder generates a series of pulses in response to a linear or rotary motion. These pulses can be used to measure speed or be fed to a PLC (Programable Logic Controller) or counter to keep track of a relative position. The output signal of an incremental encoder is normally an electrical square wave signal with a certain frequency related to the speed of the encoder shaft.
Absolute encoders
For positioning or digital speed.
Absolute rotary single-turn and multi-turn encoders generate a position value that indicates the actual position of the encoder shaft. If the application loses power, the encoder is able to keep track of its position even if the shaft is turned during the power loss. Absolute encoders come in serial point-to-point interfaces and advanced fieldbus interfaces.
Functional safety encoders
The new range of Functional Safety Integrated products (FSI) guarantees one of the highest safety standards of the automation industry. Sensors and encoders made to predict and prevent accidents before even happening – keeping things under control.
Being safe is essential for productivity. For protecting human lives and preventing financial loss, and taking responsibility for the future. So stay in control and be safe with the next generation of encoders and sensors from Leine Linde
Explosive environment encoders
Encoders certified for use in potential explosive environments.
Leine Linde explosive environment encoders are built to work perfectly even in the toughest environments. They provide encoders with the necessary certifications to operate safely in hazardous environments.
Encoders for condition-based maintenance
Production downtime is costly-but often preventable.
Encoder diagnostics provide early insight into the condition of your drive system, making it possible to detect deviations and act before failures occur. By providing relevant diagnostics, encoders today are so much more than just encoders – through built-in condition monitoring, they enable predictive maintenance, improved performance, and more reliable, problem-free operation.
Interface electronics
Products and solutions for seamless communication and interoperability for modern automation systems.
Our subsequent electronics products and solutions helps you to connect and facilitate communication between different electronic devices or subsystems. The primary purpose of subsequent electronics components is to ensure compatibility and data transfer between devices as well as motion monitoring within dedicated applications.
Customised encoders
Every operation is unique, and standard solutions may not always meet your specific requirements. That’s why Leine Linde offer tailored encoders and solutions precisely to your needs..
